This copycat Red Lobster shrimp scampi is my version of the scampi served at the popular seafood restaurant known for lobster, crab legs, and shrimp. It comes together quickly and is truly restaurant-quality. It's especially delicious when served over angel hair pasta.

- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven’s broiler to 500°F (260°C).
- Arrange the shrimp in a pinwheel fashion in an oven-safe dish, such as a glass pie plate.
- In a cup, stir together pinot grigio, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Pour the mixture over the shrimp and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Broil until the shrimp turns pink and the tails curl inward, about 7 minutes.
